Stephanie Jones

President, Advanced Plan Administration

Stephanie has over 25 years of healthcare experience working for major healthcare organizations including Cigna, Coventry, and UnitedHealth Group. Prior to joining Convey Health Solutions, Stephanie acquired a wide breadth of employer group and retiree health benefits experience serving in key management roles, including Vice President of Product Development. As VP of Product Development, Stephanie led the company’s product design and management efforts for the Medicare Advantage and Medicaid HMO business segments for the South Florida market.

Stephanie joined Convey in 2005 and has been instrumental in leading numerous large-scale client relationships and new product launches. As President of Advanced Plan Administration, Stephanie has P&L, client relations, and operating accountability for 25% of the company’s client revenue. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.
